Personal Assistants

We have several different types of personal assistants to help you while you are on your medical holiday.  Because we believe you should be helped every step of the way we provide the following personal assistants.

These consist of:

Your Tour Facilitator:

  • They will be available to help you with bookings of surgery and pre and post consultations.
  • They will book your concierge service for transfers.
  • They will be available for any advice or questions you may have.
  • They will provide your itinerary.
  • They will be your contact in NZ.

Caregivers

These are people especially trained to help you should you need extra nursing care.  They will be trained nurses and should you require this service can fly with you back to NZ. 

Tour Managers 

These Tour Managers will be local people.

They will accompany you on extra excursions and day trips and day guided tours for

  • Getting around  (so you don't get lost)
  • Shopping expeditions (they will advise you to the best places to shop for bargains)
  • Special tours such as the night markets, temple visits, river markets and the like.

If you wish to book the extra excursions these will be charged for seperately and there will be extra costs involved.

Extra Costs

Caregivers, and Tour Managers come at an extra cost.  The cost will be charged per day and any extra costs involved with your tours, meals, transfers for day trips, entrance into venues and tour sites will be considered as extras.  We can help in choosing a Tour Manager or Caregiver.  Please let us know if you require either service as an extra to your travel arrangements.
